Work out which part of the activity has stopped
When Login reappears, return through the method used for your existing account. That prompt alone does not tell you that the account was deleted or the payment failed. If sign-in keeps looping, note the exact screen or step that sends you back.
For other problems, describe whether the site cannot open, a message is rejected, access is restricted or a submitted request is still pending. Include the error wording and approximate time. These details are more useful than reporting only that nothing works.
| What you notice | What to check first |
|---|---|
| You keep returning to Login | The selected identity, original sign-in method and browser session |
| Your chat message will not send | The displayed error and available message allowance |
| Your subscription is not showing | The receipt, account used to buy it and purchased plan |
| An image or video result is missing | The original request's visible status before making another request |
Narrow down a browser problem one change at a time
Keep the checks small enough that you can tell what changed. Another current browser or browser profile can help distinguish a session issue from an extension conflict. Make a note of whether the same action fails there too, without repeating a chargeable submission.
- Confirm the internet connection, then reload once without sending another payment or generation request.
- Check the identity and entry method selected for your account.
- Try a different up-to-date browser or profile if an extension or session may be involved.
- Before removing site data, confirm that you can sign back into the original account.
- If playback has no sound, inspect the volume and chosen audio device first.
Check the restriction before spending again
Read the notice attached to the blocked action and compare it with your plan. Chat allowances and media charges are separate, so not every interruption means you need more credit. A character missing a story detail is also not the same failure as an unsent message.
For a payment problem, retain the receipt and check whether the original charge is still pending. For generation, record any request identifier, visible status and balance change. Ask us about the disputed charge before assuming a retry will be free or a new payment will restore access.
Send a report we can follow
Contact support@darlink.ai with the feature, date, approximate time and timezone, device or browser, and exact error. List the checks you have already made. If money is involved, include the relevant transaction reference rather than full payment credentials.
Use a screenshot only when it helps show the problem, and remove unrelated messages, passwords and card details. Tell us the result you need: access to an existing purchase, clarification of a media charge or help finding the right account.
Common questions
How can I tell whether DarLink is having an outage?
Check whether the site opens and whether a service notice is available. Record which actions fail and ask support if the issue continues. A problem in one session or a sign-in prompt is not enough to establish a service-wide outage.
Why do character profiles open while chat will not send?
Browsing and sending are different actions. Check the account you are signed into, its message allowance and the displayed error. Do not buy another plan simply because a message failed; identify the restriction first.
Is it helpful to resubmit a video that is taking a long time?
Check the original request's status before doing that. Resubmitting can create a second request rather than speed up the first. Keep the submission time and any reference available if you ask us to investigate.
Are tokens always returned when generation fails?
Do not assume an automatic refund or a free retry. Send us the request details and relevant balance information so we can review the charge. An unsuccessful generation and a completed output you do not like are different circumstances.
What should I send if payment succeeded but access is still locked?
First confirm that the receipt matches the account you are using. Then send the transaction reference and purchased plan to support. Keep the original payment under review rather than paying twice while its access remains unresolved.
