Each person may hold only one DarLink account. Register with accurate information and keep it up to date. Your account is for your own use: protect the login details and do not share access with anyone else. You remain responsible for activity performed through it.
Treat character responses as fiction
Conversations with our fictional AI companions are entertainment, not a dependable source of facts or professional guidance. Replies may be wrong. They do not replace medical, legal or other qualified advice, and a character cannot provide emergency assistance.
Before uploading anything, make sure you have permission to use it. Material that is unlawful, exploitative or infringes another person's rights is prohibited. We may remove content or restrict access when it breaches these rules.
Understand a purchase before authorizing it
Review the amount to be collected, the length of the billing term and the renewal conditions before subscribing. Stopping renewal leaves access in place until the paid term finishes. A cancellation is not an automatic refund; the Refund Policy sets out the separate conditions.
