Choose a look, then decide who the character is
Realistic, anime, fantasy, cartoon and furry styles offer different visual directions. None dictates how the character should behave. You can pair an illustrated look with a restrained personality or give a realistic-looking companion a wholly imaginary background.
The creator's category choices are Female, Male and Futa. Select Female for an AI girlfriend or Male for an AI boyfriend, then continue with the available customization. Groups belongs to the character directory's filters; it is not a creator category.
Make the choices work together
Keep your sketch beside the creator as you move through the options. Choose a few defining details rather than asking every setting to carry the whole character. Appearance describes the look; personality describes the behavior you want in conversation.
- Select the character category and visual style for your fictional adult companion.
- Set the appearance details that matter to you, such as hair and clothing direction.
- Choose compatible personality traits. Thoughtful and direct give Nadia a clearer tone than a collection of opposing traits.
- Pick an available voice preference without assuming it includes calls or speech in videos.
- Review the character and any account or access notice before completing creation.
Give the first exchange something to work with
Bring Nadia into a situation: her exhibition has room for only one of two pieces, and she wants to discuss the choice. Ask her to explain her preference in a short reply without choosing what you say next. The scene puts her interests and personality to use immediately.
Adjust the conversation when needed. If a response feels too formal, ask for a more relaxed tone; if it is too long, request a shorter answer. Change one thing, read the next reply and decide whether to keep that direction. Instructions can be missed, so repeat an important boundary plainly.
Common questions
What visual styles can I use for my character?
DarLink includes realistic, anime, fantasy, cartoon and furry styles. Choose the appearance independently of personality, interests and the sort of relationship you want to imagine.
Can I change more than the character's appearance?
Yes. Customization includes personality as well as visual choices. Give the character a small set of traits that fit together, then use the conversation to explain the tone you prefer.
How do I make an AI boyfriend instead of a girlfriend?
Choose Male in the creator, alongside the Female and Futa options. Continue with appearance, personality and available voice preferences for a fictional adult male companion.
How much background should I prepare?
An adult age, a role, a couple of interests and a speaking style are enough to begin. Add history when it becomes relevant instead of writing a biography before the first conversation.
What should my first message say?
Connect it to the character's interests and leave a decision open. With the fictional ceramic artist, ask which piece belongs in the exhibition and why. Let the exchange develop before introducing a second setting or problem.
Does an AI girlfriend have real feelings for me?
An AI girlfriend produces simulated dialogue and affection. It is not a human partner, and an agreeable or affectionate response is not evidence of a person's feelings.
